Shipping policy

If goods have not been received within the following timescales then please contact us so delivery can be tracked and the necessary action be taken:

Royal Mail 48 - 3-5 working days

Royal Mail 24 - 2-4 working days

 

FREE SHIPPING refers to orders being sent using a tracked Royal Mail 48 service and orders are dispatched within 3 working days. 

If goods have not been received then you can request a tracking number to track delivery yourself. If for any reason goods have been lost in transit then a refund or replacement can be issued (subject to tracking data).
